From Knoxville, TN

From I-40 in downtown Knoxville, take Hwy 129 past the Knoxville airport and into Maryville, following the signs pointing toward the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Take Hwy 321 North out of Maryville and through Townsend. In Townsend, turn left at the traffic light and follow Hwy 321 towards Pigeon Forge for 7 miles. Still following Hwy 321 out of Townsend, you will enter Wears Valley. Our office will be on your left on Hwy 321. Look for the EXIT Tennessee Realty Pros/Great Cabins! sign on Hwy 321.

From Asheville, NC

Take I-40 West to Hwy 66 at Exit #407, which will bring you into Sevierville. Take Hwy 66 South through Sevierville and continue to Pigeon Forge. Turn right onto Hwy 321 South at light #3 in Pigeon Forge. Follow Hwy 321 South approximately 8 miles into Wears Valley. Our office will be on your right on Hwy 321. Look for the EXIT Tennessee Realty Pros/Great Cabins! sign on Hwy 321.

From Nashville, TN

Take I-40 East to the Lenoir City/Smoky Mountains/Hwy 321 Exit #364. Take Hwy 321 North through Lenoir City and then Maryville, following the signs pointing toward the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Take Hwy 321 North out of Maryville and through Townsend. In Townsend, turn left at the traffic light and follow Hwy 321 towards Pigeon Forge for 7 miles. Still following Hwy 321 out of Townsend, you will enter Wears Valley. From Chattanooga, TN

Take I-75 North to Lenoir City Exit #81. Take Hwy 321 North through Maryville, following the signs pointing toward the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Take Hwy 321 North out of Maryville and through Townsend. In Townsend, turn left at the traffic light and follow Hwy 321 towards Pigeon Forge for 7 miles. From Cherokee, NC

Take Hwy 441 North through the Great Smoky Mountains National Park towards Gatlinburg. As you approach Gatlinburg, turn left at the Sugarlands Visitor Center onto Little River Gorge Road (Hwy 73). Go approximately 10 miles south and turn right off Little River Gorge Road (Hwy 73) at the Metcalf Bottoms picnic area. Follow the main road straight through the picnic area and over the one lane bridge. Continue to follow this road for 2 miles out of the National Park and into Wears Valley, where the road becomes Line Springs Road. Line Springs Road will intersect into Hwy 321. Turn right onto Hwy 321 from Line Springs Road and continue on Hwy 321 towards Pigeon Forge for 2 miles. Our office will be on your left on Hwy 321. Look for the EXIT Tennessee Realty Pros/Great Cabins! sign on Hwy 321.
