After you have found the cabins that best meet your needs, you can click on the "Check Availability or Reserve This Cabin On-line" link from the individual cabin pages. You will then see an availability calendar and can proceed to book your reservation immediately. Alternatively, you can do a general search of all of our cabins to narrow your selection based on specific criteria before reviewing the photos and other details of specific cabins. Our blog highlights a few of the seasonal events and attractions around the Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Townsend, Sevierville area of the Great Smoky Mountains. Wears Valley is located right in the center of this scenic smoky mountain vacation region, with easy access to natural beauty as well as to crafts, shows, restaurants, recreation areas and many special events.

Wears Valley is one of the most beautiful areas surrounding the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Nestled next to the northern border of the park, Wears Valley has majestic mountains, babbling brooks, spacious green meadows, lovely woodlands and abundant wildlife. It is an area of peace and quiet solitude surrounded by the wonders of nature in all her splendor and glory.
Wears Valley is an elevated plateau that is six miles long and four miles wide. There are gaps in the mountains at each end of the valley which is completely surrounded by mountains such as Cove Mountain, Bench Mountain, Pine Mountain, Hatcher Mountain, Rocky Mountain and Little Roundtop. Despite the growing development of this area, this wonderful valley has managed to hold on to its old country charm and flavor. Snuggled next to the developments are cattle and tobacco farms, quaint old churches, rustic barns and friendly people.
Wears Valley is located between Pigeon Forge and Townsend in the area surrounding Highway 321 (Wears Valley Road).
You can also enter the Great Smoky Mountains National Park from Wears Valley. The Wears Valley / Metcalf Bottoms entrance is off of Wears Valley Road on Lyon Springs Road about 9 miles from Pigeon Forge.

The Smokies
Most people refer to this area simply as the Smokies - but you will also see it referred to as Smokey Mountains, Smoky Mountains, the Smokeys - or other variations of the official names of the mountain range "The Great Smoky Mountains" and the park "Great Smoky Mountains National Park". The name derives from the haze that naturally rises from the vegetation of the Smokies that appeared Smokey to the early settlers.
