Wears Valley
Nestled within the majestic hills of the beautiful Smoky Mountains and bordering against National Park, Wears Valley is known as one of the most beautiful and picturesque valleys in these United States. With literally mile after mile of pure serenity, nature in its element and peaceful seclusion, it’s no wonder Wears Valley is a top vacation destination for adventurist and nature lovers from around the world.
While here, enjoy close by hiking trails, mountain streams, waterfalls, wildlife viewing, whitewater rafting, tubing, and other outdoor adventures like those provided by the Great Smoky Mountains National Park!
Metcalf Bottoms, Elkmont and the Cades Cove areas of the Smokies are just minutes away. If you only have time to visit one, we highly recommend Cades Cove! It is one of our nation’s most visited natural areas and is considered an “open air museum” of pioneer life in the nineteenth century. Since the land was purchased for the national park Cades Cove has preserved its history as one of nature’s most breathtaking attractions.
