3. SkyFly: Soar America
Another one of the unique attractions that you need to experience at The Island in Pigeon Forge is SkyFly: Soar America! This breathtaking attraction utilizes a state-of-the-art ride system to provide the sensation of flight, complete with special effects like wind, mist, and scents! After “boarding” your flight, you’ll hang with your feet dangling before a 50-foot spherical screen and soar above some of the most famous landmarks in the United States. Some of the incredible sights that you can expect to see along the way include the Grand Canyon, Niagara Falls, Mount Rushmore, and even the Great Smoky Mountains!
