Spring is a great season for many reasons. The winter blues are finally fading, the flowers are blooming and the sun is coming out, for good! You can dust off your hiking gear, gather your friends and celebrate spring with a trip to the Smokies! Stay for the weekend in a smoky mountain cabin and welcome spring to East Tennessee!

If you love flowers, scenery, mountain air and being outdoors, celebrate spring with a hiking trip! Did you know the Smoky Mountains have several trails to choose from ranging from beginner to expert hiking experience? Each trail offers a variety of overlooks, waterfalls or foliage to see! Many of the trails are in close proximity from cabins in Townshend and Wears Valley.

Explore and bring your camera along. Take photographs of your exploration through the Smokies. Share them with your friends on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc. The beginning of spring offers wonderful photos of nature. The Smoky Mountains are breathtaking, capture the moment!
