Cozy Cabin, loved the screened-in back porch

The cabin was very nice and in a quiet location, easy to get to and the surrounding area had plenty to look at. The cabin does sleep 4 no problem but they need to replace the fold out see per as the springs were broken on the one that is there now. We would stay here again when the time comes. Great staff during booking and checking in.
Management Response: Thank you for your review of Snuggled Inn. It was great having y'all stay with us for the Thanksgiving holiday! We will have someone go out to address the sleeper sofa issue as soon as possible. We truly appreciate you and the recommendation to others. Looking forward to seeing y'all again in the future.

Beautiful cabin with a peaceful getaway. Still close enough to enough to all the attractions but far enough to enjoy the quiet time.

This adorable cabin is tucked far away from traffic yet well positioned to get to the National Park or nearby towns (Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, etc). It has all the amenities yet still felt like a country cabin. The staff helped us out with a minor problem, immediately and cheerfully. I would recommend 4 wheel drive for the steep drive to get in/out easily, but we made it with front wheel drive, even though it was a bit scary a few times! We have used Great Cabins twice now and have had excellent service and cabins both times. I highly recommend this company, call ahead to discuss what kind of a setting you want if that's important to you. Last time we visited this area, the kids were very young and we did not want them falling off the side of a mountain, Great Cabins picked a perfect spot on child friendly terrain. This year we found this little gem tucked away. We love the Smoky Mts and Great Cabins!

We arrived few hours before check-in yet we were able to get to check in at the property early which I was grateful for after a long drive. The cabin was absolutely amazing with so much room for a one bedroom

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Snuggled Inn. It was quiet, peaceful, relaxing, and close to many activities. We loved we were able to bring our lab with us-who also had a great time! There were some cobwebs and little spiders, but its a the woods, so we didn't mind it. We will be booking with this company again and already recommended to a friend who is looking to visit in October!
Management Response: Its just not a vacation without the pup! Glad to hear you had a good visit. Truly our pleasure to have met you and looking forward to seeing you again. Thanks for the referral!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much. The location of the cabin is ideal. It was beautiful and peaceful with easy access to all of the things we wanted to see and do like hiking, restaurants and park activities. The only drawbacks at this cabin were some maintenance details such as: moldy shopwer curtain, chipped glassware, shortage of utensils spoons/forks, stained furniture and broken toilet seat. We especially loved the Jacuzzi tub and access to the lake. We did enjoy our stay very much but I'm not sure we would go back to this cabin.
Management Response: Tracy,
I personally just went out to the cabin again today to verify that all the issues you listed have been corrected and taken care of. With the exception of needing some new glasses (which I promise will be resolved within days) the issues have all been addressed. We want you to know that you can let us know about issues while you are here and we will get them corrected quickly during your stay, so these little things don't have to spoil your vacation! I'm sorry that we let you down and I do promise we try to stay on top of these minor issues better than that. Marty, General Manager

From walking up to the front door and entering the cabin and then walking out the final day of our stay, this place was perfect! The place was immaculate for a stay in the Smoky Mountains and especially for our honeymoon. We enjoyed staying away from the busy chaos of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge but close to them enough that we could go visit or do something each day if desired. It was really great to enjoy the spacious hot tub on the back deck or have coffee together on the back porch which was also screened in for comfort. The pool table was really nice upstairs, just be careful of the lower ceilings for those who are taller! The kitchen fully accommodated our needs as we chose to bring food to prepare through the week and had everything we needed and then some! It was nice there was a charcoal grill for us to use and grill out since the weather was great for enjoying that. The cabin has more movies than anyone would expect so if you desire to enjoy a night in with a movie, the living room is comfy and nice to watch on the large LCD tv provided. If that wasn't enough, the cabin is located on property which includes a private pond at the bottom of the hill which we enjoyed at the final part of our stay. It was a great place and the promotion with 2 nights free at booking 5 nights was a big plus! We hope to be back again, possibly to celebrate our anniversary!

We had a great time! Love the Cabin! Excellent condition, clean, beautiful!!! Love the hot tub and private porch off master bedroom! Fishing gear provided...Wow! Only had some trouble getting in and out on the narrow winding gravel/dirt road with steep grade and hairpin turns. I had to use 4 wheel drive to get out and weather was great (sunny)! Glad I had a 4x4. This is something everyone would probably like to know especially if only driving a two wheel drive. It was an adventure but fun!
Don And Debbie Rose - 6/11/2014

very much enjoyed the cabin. however, the interior could have used alittle more attention to detail house cleaning wise. wasn't by any means nasty! just could stand some improvement. also didn't realize there was no cable tv. not that I went there just to watch tv. but would have been nice. otherwise we had an excellent experience!!
Michael Hubrich - 5/26/2014
